THE JIGSAW PANDA SERIES

The Jigsaw Panda series started just before lockdown in 2020. I was inspired by the
juxtaposition of three items on my bookshelf –a wooden Jigsaw Panda, a crow skull and a mushroom made by CircoGringo.

This sequence developed into my book “Jigsaw Panda Prays to Mushroom Death God.” This is a Surrealist response to the Covid years from the perspective of a Jigsaw panda.

Since then Jigsaw Panda has put in a number of reappearances as can be seen in my paintings.
